- Rolled Oats (2 1/2 cups)
- Oat Bran (125g)
- Desiccated Coconut (65g)
- Ground Linseed (20g)
- Salt (pinch)
- Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
- Mixed Spice (1 tsp)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
- Almond Milk (1/3 cup)
- Nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, macadamia, etc) (1/2 - 1 cup)
- Seeds (e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, etc) (1/2 - 1 cup)
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Combine all ingredients up to and including mixed spice.
Combine milk and oil together then mix them into the dry ingredients.
Pour mix into a deep baking dish and bake in oven for 50 - 60 minutes. Make sure to stir the mix every 10 minutes otherwise it will burn.
Mix in the nuts and seeds.
Leave to cool before putting in air tight containers.
I serve mine with some fresh fruit and home made probiotic yoghurt - delish!
